Orders and payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets through Razorpay's secure checkout, as well as Cash on Delivery.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, across India. If a COD handling fee applies, you will see it at checkout before you confirm the order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of placing it and before it ships. Call or email us with your order number and we will take care of it.

Shipping and delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing. Every order ships free within India, whatever its value.

When will my order arrive?

Orders leave our Ludhiana warehouse within 24 hours on working days and usually arrive in 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. See our Shipping Policy for city-wise timelines.

Do you ship outside India?

Not yet. For now, we deliver only to addresses in India.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return or exchange a tee?

Yes. Raise a request within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

Do size exchanges cost anything?

No, size exchanges are free, subject to availability.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of your return reaching us. Prepaid orders go back to the original payment method; COD orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI, or as store credit.

Fit, fabric and care

How do I find my size?

Our tees have a regular fit. Compare your chest measurement with our Size Guide; if you are between two sizes, the larger one gives a more relaxed fit.
