Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of amaurya.in (the "Website") and any purchase you make from Amaurya Fashion ("we", "us" or "our"), based at Street No. 5, Tibba Road, Haibowal, Ludhiana, Punjab 141007, India. By browsing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Using the Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must not misuse the Website, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation or using it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products and pricing

We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and print placement may vary marginally from piece to piece.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes (GST).
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full. We will inform you before doing so.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is confirmed when we dispatch your order.
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, as well as Cash on Delivery. Card and bank details are handled by our payment partner and are never stored by us.
We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Any amount paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

4. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes are subject to the terms stated with each offer, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order.

5. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review, photo or other content, you confirm that it is genuine and that you have the right to share it, and you allow us to display it on the Website and our social channels. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including our name, logo, designs, product photographs and text, belongs to Amaurya Fashion or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Amaurya Fashion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Privacy

How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer:

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute.
