Refund policy

We want you to love every Amaurya tee. If something isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Raise your request within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
Received a wrong, damaged or defective item? It is always eligible. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and share a few photos so we can fix it quickly.

Items we can't accept

Items that have been worn, washed or altered
Items returned without their original tags
Requests raised more than 7 days after delivery

Free size exchanges

Size exchanges are free, subject to stock. If the size you need is unavailable, we will refund you instead.

How to request a return or exchange

Email amauryafashion@gmail.com or call +91 85281 70822 with your order number and the reason for your request.
We confirm your request within 24 hours on working days and arrange a reverse pickup where available. If pickup is not serviceable at your pin code, we will share our return address.
Once the item reaches us and passes a quality check, we ship your exchange or start your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the returned item reaching us.
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI to the account you share with us, or as store credit if you prefer.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched. Prepaid cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method, and we never charge a cancellation fee.

If we ever have to cancel your order, for example because an item has sold out, we will inform you and refund any amount paid in full.
