Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Email us immediately at support@amaurya.in.
Q: Is COD available?
A: Yes! COD is available across India on all orders.
DELIVERY
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We ship within 24 hours. Delivery takes 3–5 business days across India.
Q: Do you deliver outside India?
A: Currently we deliver only within India. International shipping coming soon.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email after your order ships. You can also visit our Track My Order page.
SIZING
Q: How do I know which size to order?
A: Check our Size Guide page for detailed measurements. When in doubt, size up.
Q: Do your tees shrink after washing?
A: Our tees are preshrunk, so shrinkage is minimal. We recommend cold machine wash for best results.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer 7-day hassle-free returns from the delivery date. Items must be unused with original tags.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
A: Yes! Size exchanges are free. Email us at support@amaurya.in with your order ID.
