Shipping Policy

We process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment 
confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

   Delivered in 2–3 business days

📦 Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities
   Delivered in 3–5 business days

📦 Remote & Rural Areas
   Delivered in 5–7 business days


Shipping Charges

✔ FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
✔ ₹49 shipping on prepaid orders below ₹499
✔ ₹99 COD charge applicable on all cash on delivery orders


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email 
with your tracking number and courier partner details. 
You can also track your order on our Track My Order page.


Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange window from 
the date of delivery.


You Are Eligible for Return/Exchange If:

✔ The item is unused and unwashed
✔ Original tags are still attached
✔ You received a wrong item
✔ You received a damaged or defective product


We Do NOT Accept Returns If:

✖ The item has been worn or washed
✖ Original tags are removed
✖ The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
✖ The item is from a final sale or clearance category


How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

Step 1 – Email us at support@amaurya.in with your Order ID 
         and reason for return.
Step 2 – Our team will confirm your request within 24 hours.
Step 3 – Ship the item back to our address or we will arrange 
         a pickup (available in select cities).
Step 4 – Refund or exchange will be processed within 
         5–7 business days of receiving the item.


Refund Method

✔ Prepaid orders – Refund to original payment method
✔ COD orders – Refund via bank transfer or store credit
