- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD acceptance.

Shipping

- We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours on business days.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.

Returns & Refunds

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- COD orders are eligible for store credit or bank transfer refunds.
